The Great Reset.

Summary

The concept of the “Great Reset,” a term coined by Klaus Schwab, founder of the World Economic Forum (WEF). The Great Reset aims to address the “weaknesses of capitalism” exposed by the COVID-19 pandemic by promoting a new economic system called Stakeholder Capitalism. This system prioritizes the interests of stakeholders, including individuals and groups that stand to benefit or lose from corporate behavior, over shareholders.

Highlighting the WEF’s role in promoting the Great Reset, includes the organization of pandemic simulations and the publication of a book on COVID-19 and the Great Reset. The Great Reset is promoted as a response to climate change and that it involves the use of the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) index to drive ownership and control of production away from non-woke or non-compliant corporations.

The Great Reset represents the development of the Chinese system in the West, with a Chinese-style political system that includes increased state intervention in the economy and authoritarian measures to control the population. The technological aspects of the Great Reset, include the Fourth Industrial Revolution and its potential to subject human beings to technological management and surveillance.

The Great Reset, threatens individual liberty and free will and that it is doomed to ultimate failure.

The World Economic Forum (WEF) has launched an investigation into its founder, Klaus Schwab, following allegations of financial and ethical misconduct. The accusations, made in a whistleblower letter, include claims that Schwab used WEF funds for personal expenses, manipulated research, and asked staff to perform tasks on his behalf. Schwab has resigned as executive chair, effective immediately, after the WEF board of trustees held an emergency meeting to address the claims. The WEF is searching for a permanent replacement, with Peter Brabeck-Letmathe serving as interim chair.
